Hi, I’m Aman - Founder of Barm Fitness, Personal Trainer, Group Trainer, and Reformer Pilates Instructor. I’m married to the most supportive man, and I’m blessed with the most rewarding son, who reminds me daily of patience, strength, and perspective. As I step into my 40s, I’m not fearing this chapter - I’m embracing it with strength, confidence, and purpose.
Movement has always been part of my life. From track and field in my early years to HIIT training in my 20s, fitness shaped my discipline and resilience. My journey has a lot of ups and downs — I faced miscarriages and pregnancy complications that challenged me physically and emotionally. It was through strength training that I rebuilt myself, inside and out.
After giving birth to my beautiful son, strength training became my foundation. For over 12 years, it has empowered me and taught me how vital it is to protect and build strength for life. As my body evolved, I introduced Reformer Pilates to improve mobility, flexibility, and balance — allowing me to continue training strong without stiffness or injury.
Today, I combine strength training, group fitness, and Reformer Pilates to help women of all fitness levels move better, feel stronger, and train smarter. My approach is supportive, realistic, and focused on long-term health — not quick fixes.
My mission is simple: to show women that age is not a limitation, setbacks don’t define you, and you don’t have to choose between strength and flexibility - you deserve both.
