👣 Corns vs Warts — What’s the Difference? 👣

They might look similar, but corns and warts have very different causes and feel quite different too!

🌽 Corns – caused by pressure or friction from footwear or bony areas. They’re thickened skin that usually hurt when pressed directly.

🦠 Warts – caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) and can spread or appear in clusters. They’re often painful when squeezed or pinched from the sides.

How old are your joggers? 🧐 If it’s over 12 months, it might be time to say goodbye…
