GOOD EVENING,
I was given 3 bags of grannie smith apples, i have a few left over, so i thought id share a DETOX recepie with you all.

Before juicing, wash fruit in clean water, not tap water, as it has traces of flouride, i use purea water and apple cider vinegar, this takes chemical taste from fruit.
Put 2 cups water 1/2 cup ACV Into a bowl (thats not plastic), let fruit soak for 5 mins, dunking as you go, rinse in clean water, then blend.

2 cups grapes - any sort
1 apple
1 cup strawberries

Core apple and Juice it.
Pour apple juice into blender, nutri bullet etc and add grapes n strawberries, can add a dash of maple for sweetness if warrented.

Drink.....

The malic acid rich fruits bind the aluminum, which is implicated in memory loss, dementia.
And takes it out of the body.

which i call:
HAZELNUT BAR

Its all vegan, vegetarian, GF, DF.
I used GLOBAL MOON pure CACAO PASTEand CACAO BUTTER in this one. (I usually use the cacao powder. But the paste just makes such a difference.

The chocolate is sooo decadent..mmmmm😋😋😋
