•balance• in life applies in ALL areas - including your diet 🍕🍑
note: balance is different and individual to each or us, yeah!?
now, do you agree with me that extreme either direction is NOT beneficial for U in a long run ??
extreme meaning - dieting, emotional over or not eating aka binge eating, self punishment for eating or not eating - including negative thoughts…🤯
basically if FOOD is on your MIND sort of all days there is a problem
and YES, I am aware this might be confronting for a lot of people and I say it anyways as this is the TRUTH
and often we don’t like to hear the truth however we need to - to take action for your own BETTER life

trust me on this one, I have been on the other end…
do you want to feel FREEDOM of MIND 💭 - aka not being consumed by thoughts about food, your body, what others thing and blah blah… the list goes on
