part yourself with old things before acquiring new ones (physically, but also emotionally, energetically)

discard your attachments. let go of assumptions. reduce your possessions.

the •future• is that unknown world of possibilities and opportunities before us

- but all that we can truly have any effect upon is •now•

the future is an exciting range of opportunities

now, do you agree with me that extreme either direction is NOT beneficial for U in a long run ??


extreme meaning - dieting, emotional over or not eating aka binge eating, self punishment for eating or not eating - including negative thoughts…🤯

basically if FOOD is on your MIND sort of all days there is a problem

and YES, I am aware this might be confronting for a lot of people and I say it anyways as this is the TRUTH

and often we don’t like to hear the truth however we need to - to take action for your own BETTER life

agreed ?! ♥️

trust me on this one, I have been on the other end…
