7 beautiful sessions today ✨️

I’ve really learnt to trust and go with the flow of my energy, rather than push and resist.
Some days I can hold more, and other days I just can’t.

My nervous system is so sensitive, and I’m so sensitive energy, that it’s non-negotiable for me to clear, ground and reset my energy, aura and nervous system,
after all sessions, but especially after big days of holding others.

This work asks a lot of you energetically,
and I’ve learnt that looking after myself is not optional 🤍

The power of Emotion Code is how simple it is, but how much it actually shifts.

It’s just letting the body show what’s ready, and gently clearing it.

Most of us are carrying stuff from years ago without even realising. Emotions we didn’t get to process at the time just sit there and build up.

This work just helps clear those layers… without having to relive it all.

Hi everyone,

I’m in a bit of a season of pause at the moment.

For now, I’ve closed my books for healing sessions. This is not forever, just for a little while.

April is fully booked, and I can feel something shifting quite deeply within me and my business. I’m not fully sure what it looks like yet, but I’m choosing to trust it rather than rush it.

I’m really honouring my energy right now and giving myself the space to listen to what’s coming through.

Thank you for your patience, your trust, and for being here with me, it means a lot.

Most of the time, what we’re dealing with isn’t random.
There’s usually a root.

These are core wounds,early or impactful experiences that quietly shape how we feel, react, and move through life.

When we identify the core wound, we can then work through everything that grew from it, including:

• stored and suppressed emotions
• fears and survival responses
• limiting beliefs and inner stories
• protective mechanisms (people-pleasing, shutting down, over-functioning, avoidance)
• identity roles learned to stay safe
• nervous system patterns (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)
• soul fragments or parts that checked out during overwhelm
• deeper imprints held at a soul level
• repeated patterns and behaviours that keep looping

Many core wounds form early in life, when we’re still wiring our sense of safety, self, and belonging.
Others are created later through loss, trauma, shock, or long-term emotional stress.

Some common core wounds and how they can affect us:

• Rejection → people-pleasing, fear of being seen, abandoning yourself
• Abandonment → attachment anxiety, fear of being alone, over-giving
• Not feeling safe → hypervigilance, control, nervous system overwhelm
• Being unseen or unheard → throat tension, self-doubt, shrinking your truth
• Feeling “too much” → emotional suppression, shame, self-editing
• Feeling unworthy → over-working, perfectionism, never feeling enough
• Being blamed or shamed → self-criticism, chronic guilt, holding tension in the body
• Loss or sudden shock → freeze responses, disconnection, numbness

I’ve been gently developing a new session structure that works from the root.
We identify the core wound beneath what you’re experiencing and softly unravel the story it’s been holding.

This really hits home for me.

When you feel more, you suppress more, and over time, that weight builds.
It becomes heavy in the body, the nervous system, the heart.

I see this a lot with my clients, especially people who are labelled with ADHD, empathic, sensitive.

They feel tone.
They feel emotion.
They feel energy.
They feel everything… and then some.

When you’re wired this way, it doesn’t take much for the nervous system to start protecting itself.
Little moments build up.
Feeling different.
Feeling misunderstood.
Feeling not enough.

Over time, this can turn into rejection sensitivity and quiet inner stories that sit under the surface:

“I’m wrong.”
“I’m too much.”
“I don’t belong.”

This is where my intuitive healing work can be supportive.

Not by changing who you are, but by creating space.
Gently releasing what’s been held in the body and energy field for years.
Stored emotions.
Suppressed reactions.
Protective patterns that once helped, but no longer need to be there.

As those layers soften and release, the nervous system doesn’t have to stay on high alert.
There’s more room to breathe.
More ease in responding instead of reacting.
More safety in being exactly who you are.

Sensitive souls have just been carrying more than most 🤍
