Star Clubber Kelly & “Frankie” headed back out on 24 May representing Star Club at Tamworth Dressage Club, and once again showed just how much their hard work is paying off.

Every competition together is another step forward in their journey, and it has been so special having Coach Support Jemma alongside them, helping guide, encourage and support this partnership every step of the way. 💞

After working hard on points from their last comp, this pair came back stronger, more confident and more polished — and the scores reflected it ! 👏

“Frankie” has truly been a godsend for Star Clubber Kelly. It is no longer just pony rides — Kel now rides and trains 1 - 3 days/week, learning firsthand what it truly takes to produce, maintain and develop a high performing equine athlete, and her own fitness and stamina. 💪🏼

“Frankie” looked magnificent (check out her coat and presentation) expertly looked after and prepped by Star Club, Tamworth’s Host Centre New England Equine. We are lucky at Star Club to have Host Centres who are hard working and dedicated with their attention to detail on point, and our Star Clubbers get the opportunity to spend so much time exposed to a whole other side of preparing, producing and caring for horses performing at a high level.

Star Club is so proud of Star Clubber Kelly & “Frankie”, and excited to continue supporting this special team on all the adventures still to come.💞

⭐️ Congratulations Star Clubbers Jodin, Kyle and Brooke who have been ACCEPTED to compete at the Carlton Performance Horses CPEDI at the Hawkesbury Dressage Festival, SIEC, 12-15 June. All three riders are coached, trained and/or supported by Coach Jemma from Star Club, Tamworth and between them will be competing 4 horses in the Virtus II1 and II3 classes. Congratulations to all the amazing Equestrians who have been Accepted and we will see you at SIEC. ⭐️

⭐️Friday night saw Star Club, Tamworth hitting the town to celebrate Star Clubber Eliza’s 30th Birthday. 🎁 3️⃣0️⃣

Eliza has been a part of Star Club for 6+ years and before that has known some of us from RDA in Sydney dating back 20 odd years (are we feeling old ?! 😜).

Joined by Coach Support Jemma, Bernie, Chloe, Team NEE/Volunteer Jules, Little Star R***r, Star Clubber Kyle, Volunteers John and Kevin, Founder/Secretary Sharon and Mum/Treasurer Alison, Eliza was treated to horse themed gifts, a huge steak! (her fav) and the most delicious fairy floss flavoured pink cake imaginable - honestly what more could a girl want?! 🎂 🐴 🩷

Eliza also received special messages and phone calls from Star Clubbers across our Host Centres and her fellow Tamworth members (who couldn’t make the celebration) which absolutely made her day! 🫶🏻

🌟Our Buddy Program aims to foster relationships, include our friends, family and carers, build connections and relationships, and create a truly fulfilling life for all.

Sophie had a WISH — to ride with her partner, Star Clubber Jodin, and to share in something he loves so much. 🐎

Nervous as can be, Sophie bravely bit the bullet on Saturday, riding school horse “Dublin” at Star Club Tamworth, under the guidance of Coach Support Jemma and, of course, Jodin himself.

This video captures not only the joy, love and bond that Sophie and Jodin share ❤️, but also the determination and achievement of our newest Buddy Rider Sophie. Truly AMAZING! 🌟

🔨🌿 We have said it once; we have said it twice but let’s say it again …. STAR CLUB IS MORE THAN JUST RIDING 🌿🔨

Our Star Clubbers are not just riders — they are a Team that supports each other on and off the horse. 💙

Star Clubber Jodin got the call during the week to come and help Coach Support Jemma at Star Club’s Tamworth Host Centre New England Equine … and wow, look at the result ! 👏

Jodin is a qualified boilermaker, and has absolutely transformed the pergola area ahead of some very busy events coming up at N.E.E: ✨ New roofing ✨ Garden beds ✨ Beautiful presentation upgrades ✨ All Creating a welcoming space for families, parties and events.

It is pretty special watching the Star Club community grow into something far bigger than just lessons and competitions. 🫶🏻

Everyone brings different skills, supports one another and helps build something amazing together. 💙

🌟 LOCAL COMP, BIG ACHIEVEMENTS 🌟

A lovely day out at the Quirindi Dressage Club Inc Round 2 Members Training Competition for Kelly and Frankie 💙

Kelly and HARDROCK ARITHA put in two very solid tests in the EA Para Grade 3 classes:
🥇 1st – Para Grade 3 Novice – 61.136%
🥇 1st – Para Grade 3 Elementary – 60.435%

These local competitions are such an important stepping stone — building confidence, consistency and experience together as a partnership.

A huge thank you as always to Coach Support Jemma, who is beginning to think her main job is simply being a taxi service for Star Club riders out there achieving amazing things all over the country 🚗😂 😜 BUT seeing riders out competing, progressing and enjoying their horses makes every kilometre worth it. 🫶🏻

Well done Kelly and Frankie — We are proud of you both! 💙🐴
