Despite the ‘happy vibes’ coming from this pic, I have definitely NOT been happy vibing lately
I’ve been MIA on my socials, MIA on my business and MIA on doing the things that fill me up and make me happy! Why do we do this to ourselves? 🤷‍♀️

One thing in particular that’s really been playing on my mind lately is the bu****it story of ‘I’m 25 and going nowhere’. It’s really been getting me down and I know I’m not alone here, I see people share their feelings about this too, and I want them to know that they’re not alone!
When I stop and think, I realize that I have this incredible online business opportunity literally in the palm of my hands that resonates with all my passions and values (living a healthy lifestyle, travel, inspiring others, entrepreneurship) but why am I not completely focused on it, why am I not giving it my all when I know for a fact that this opportunity could give me the life I want?! It’s crazy. I feel crazy.
If you feel stuck, remember you’re not alone. Do what makes you happy. Fill your cup up before you fill others’ up. Don’t worry about what others think of you, if they mind then they don’t matter. Chase your dreams and the life you want to live. Just start now. (Okay I’m going to start taking my own advice now & go do something that I love)

Who here is guilty of skipping breakfast?

Who also knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️

Breakfast OR lunch, if I’m in a rush and don’t have time to sit and eat, then my go to is a nourishing smoothie.

Theres 3 things I always add to my smoothies 👇🏻
Fiber - chia seeds
Healthy fats - h**p seeds
Plant based protein

The protein powder that I use, every day, is more than a simple protein powder. It’s filled with wholefood ingredients that are all natural, non-GMO, gluten free, vegan. Some ingredients include spirulina powder, mushroom powder, pomegranate powder, ancient grain blend, broccoli sprout, alfalfa sprout and other WHOLEFOODS!

Moral of the story, when I feel like I don’t have time for breakfast or lunch, I know that my go-to smoothie is filled with wholefoods and nutrients, and I can go on with my day feeling full of energy & completely nourished 🌿🌿🌿

Perfect for snack time, post workout or a quick breakfast on the go!

x 1 banana
x 200ml coconut milk
x 1 tbsp chia seeds
x 1 tbsp peanut butter
x 3-4 small dates
x 1 sachet of Complete Vanilla protein
BLEND & ENJOY!

Finally starting to feel human again & getting outside for some sunshine.
The last 3 days I’ve been run down with a horrible cold. I’ve been resting, nourishing my body and drinking a tonne of water, trying to beat this sickness before it turns into the flu! 🙅🏼‍♀️ and I think I’ve done well, after 3 days I can feel I’m getting better. Previously it would have definitely turned into the flu and I’d be sick for a week or more. Ain’t no body got time for that!
Since taking my wholefood capsules (nothing but fruits, veg & berries), moving my body daily, and living a healthy balanced lifestyle, I’ve noticed my immune system is the strongest it’s ever been! I haven’t sick in 12 months (although I’m not bulletproof) but this time around my body has healed quicker than ever!
