HNS ILC is hosting a FREE Colour Run to celebrate International Day of People with Disability, and everyone is invited to join the fun!

📅 Wednesday 3rd December
📍 Lake Cathie Community Hub & Garden
⏰ 12pm–3pm

Bring your friends, family, and all the good vibes for an afternoon filled with:
✨ A FREE BBQ lunch
✨ Activity & info stalls
✨ Loads of colour and community fun
✨ An inclusive event where everyone is welcome

Let’s celebrate diversity, connection, and community spirit and get a little messy while we’re at it!

Last night we commenced Raising Warriors term 4, an 8 week program that is being offered for FREE to ALL mums; Each week we will be offering something different 🎶🧘🏼‍♀️✍🏼✨

The schedule:

Week one - Developing a journalling practice and a sound bath meditation.

Week two - an introduction to Yin Yoga.

Week three - an introduction to Kundalini Yoga.

Week four - Drumming journey with Grey Kangaroo and then working with divination tools such as Tarot and oracle cards.

Week five - Being real - A total life audit.

Week six - A cleansing Pranayama followed by a releasing and burning ceremony.

Week seven - MANIFEST! Art therapy, creating a vision board.

Week eight - A sound bath meditation.

2025 = 9 It is the year of completions, let’s wrap everything up together in this fee free program for all women to come together and support each other.

This is a safe space of support free of judgement, comparison or criticism.

Getting us ready to step into 2026 = 1 the year of New beginnings. 💫☀️🧘🏼‍♀️🌸🎶
