Yesterday, we enjoyed the first of our January holiday Empower Her Art Sessions with a beautiful morning of ‘Paint and Sip’. Our lovely participants joined Amy and Georgia from ILC, to lose themselves in a session of calm, creativity and community, accompanied with some tasty morning tea and of course, sparkling apple and grape juices – adding the ‘sip’ to our Paint and Sip class.

‘When women support other women, incredible things happen’. Thank you to our participants for a fabulous morning and a wonderful start to our 2026 season!

HNS ILC is back and looking forward to working with you to strengthen your sense of community and build your social capacity!

We hope everyone has had a safe and happy start to the new year.

We’re excited to share that HNS ILC is officially back open for 2026 as of today, and we’re looking forward to another year of connection, inclusion and community.

Our referrals will open up for new participants on 19th January.
