I’ve been hunkered down in a huge transformation process. Lots of my stress has now lifted from long term care of my mum. I started putting myself first towards the end of last year. I told mum who is in aged care now, ‘it’s time to put myself first, you come second and everyone else comes after you.’ She understood, ‘ if you can’t look after me… I’ve got no-one.’ Yep, we are soul sisters doing this journey together. She’s very frail, still pretty with it most of the time but getting ready for the doorway to heaven to open up.’

Now I’m upping my exercise, waking up before dawn and joyfully embracing each day. That’s a new way for me.

I’m getting on with my YouTube channel and doing what I’ve dreamed of doing for years. I’m putting myself and my soul mission out into the world in my own unique way. It’s fun, whimsical and getting easier all the time.

I check this daily Schumann resonance report most mornings. I often receive clarity and confirmation on the energies I am experiencing. In this morning’s report there was a completely new pattern, which is very interesting. Last night I was thinking about how when you hang on to stuff that no longer serves you for your highest good, more struggles arise from that situation.
Ousting people, places, things, ideas, whatever isn’t in alignment with your spiritual growth is part of the ascension process. If it ain’t working, drop kick it! 😊❤️

Constant change and quite a bit of chaos happening through this eclipse season… however, look for the signposts that assist you to align with your highest truth. ’Be Here Now’ is always my favourite reminder to keep me focused in the moment and travel my pathway consciously.

Where did I put that blue bucket and my favourite glass? … Well, I still go unconscious, especially when I’m feeling overwhelmed or my train of thought is interrupted…
I keep practicing… Be Here Now.

Speaking of overwhelm… As children, we can be living in overwhelm a lot and not realise it. Almost all of it, in the beginning, is trauma unhealed from previous generations. Passed on to us energetically.

I’m helping out a young teenager at the moment by providing some sanctuary space for and with him. He’s currently making himself his morning ‘man-shake’ banana and fruit smoothies, and singing! ( that’s lovely to hear, when I feel happy and safe I sing too )

Interesting to watch him and think back to when I was thirteen and what was going on for me.

An alcoholic father, abusing me at home, especially over the dinner table… it seemed that he got angry at me every time I said anything. School was also unsafe with bullying from the girls at the top end of the pecking order.

My young friend and I are designing a picture to go on his new bike helmet… I found an old art journal to show him how I use it to doodle in. I came across these drawings…

So if you’re feeling overwhelmed and life is a real push atm… be gentle with yourself and your inner child and perhaps do a doodle or two along these lines… it’s time to let go of what no longer serves you for your higher purpose. Including someone else’s baggage.

The second edition of my book is getting ready for launch on Amazon’s Print On Demand platform. Included in this new edition is a stepping stone process to re-parenting your inner child. This process is something I designed and have been using with great success with clients in my spiritual counselling process.

I wrote this book during long term illness with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other health issues. I had prayed to be given something to live for as I was so ill, suicidal thoughts were fairly constant. The pray was answered and in my very first ‘safe sanctuary’, I was impulsed to write every night before going to sleep. The first work was a novel, however, towards the end of the first draft of that novel, I was told by Spirit to, ‘put that away and open a new document’. What came through me and out onto the document on day one was an overview of this book. ‘What is it called?’ I asked. The response, ‘Are You Really Happy?’ I’m not sure if the subtitle came then or later.

The body, mind, and spirit are all connected. To go on the healing journey within, takes courage and not everyone is ready or fearless enough to go on that inner journey. Certainly I did not wholeheartedly embrace that journey until it became a choice between life and death.

So far, the first edition of this book has been read by friends and strangers and the feedback has been, pleasing, exciting and surprisingly more positive than I ever could have foreseen.

Spirit kept encouraging me that this book, ‘is for the masses’. And I made a commitment that if I could get well from my illness that, I would do everything I could to be of assistance to get it out to those ‘masses.’
