Christmas Gift Fair Port Macquarie

A fund raiser for Endeavour Clubhouse, a mental health recovery service for sufferers enabling them to participate in the community.

I am organising a Morning Tea & Fashion Parade ( just another thing to do!)
This is a fundraiser for Hastings Cancer Trust with Timeless Quilters manning the day.

When: Thursday 7th May @ 9.30am
Where: St Thomas Church Hall
Cost $10
Raffles sold only on the day, so someone present has to win!!!

Guests will be served a Devonshire Tea & will view a fashion parade by U and I Designs from Melbourne. The fashions will be available for purchase on the day.
This is a ticketed event, so that we know how many scones to bake!!!

Our fair is less than 2 weeks away now!
Unfortunately 2 stallholders have had to withdraw due to illness.

So we have 2 vacancies if you know somebody that
1. Doesn't attend local PMQ markets
2. Is not jewellery, candles or foods as we have our quota of these.

The Christmas Gift Fair is fast approaching - 25th & 26th October 2025.
At this stage the fair is full, with no room for more stallholders. However, life happens, and the situation may change. We work from a list of stallholders who have different products for sale and do not attend local PMQ markets.

Stallholders have been contacting us as they arrange their year of markets!
There are 41 weeks until Christmas so I am told. I haven't checked this!!!
