With over a decade of diverse experience—including roles in NDIS client management, disability program coordination, administration, and business operations—Mila-Rose brings a unique blend of interpersonal warmth, professionalism, and practical capability to every environment she works in.
Known for her exceptional attention to detail and her genuine ability to connect with participants, families, and stakeholders, Mila Rose thrives in roles that allow her to support people through meaningful transitions. Her work as a Client Relationship Manager at Necessity Housing enabled her to guide NDIS participants and their families through complex SDA and housing pathways, ensuring they felt heard, supported, and valued every step of the way.
Before stepping into NDIS-focused roles, Mila-Rose built a strong foundation in disability services at Villa Maria Catholic Homes, where she coordinated programs, supported staff, facilitated recruitment processes, and upheld high standards of quality and compliance. Earlier in her career, she successfully ran her own business, developing strong skills in customer service, problem solving, HR, and financial management—skills she continues to apply with confidence and integrity.
