Who is Jason D

I’m a proud father, son, brother, husband and a great trusting friend of many. I live for today and prepare for another great day tomorrow through simplicity, health, respect and gratitude. I’m responsible for my actions and accountable for what ever the outcome may be. My passion is happiness and the discovery of others passions. We are born and shown the way from our parents, family or carers how to eat, drink, when to sleep, how to clean ourselves and hopefully to respect others and ourselves. Everyday then on, we make decisions that effect yours, and others lives. These decisions have helped shape you into the person that you are today including how you feel about yourself and how others portray you. In this channel you will learn from others and myself

Since year 2000, I’ve been a Fitness and Wellbeing student, educator, trainer and coach; teaching, motivation and discipline to thousands of people towards achieving and living their true goals. My clients have ranged from all professions, with different status and skill levels, physical/mental health ailments, all age groups, races and religions and each and everyone of them have all had to make and commit to their own behavioral changes to achieve their goals in their own way. In recent years I’ve been focusing on people with Brain Injuries, Dementia/Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease and have great success in enabling them a greater quality of life. In that time and still today, I’ve learnt and gained so much from everyone. I’ve learnt to respect that their mental state, personality, physicality, beliefs and values are completely different from one another. I do my best to understand their needs as individuals through clear communication before tailor making their programs. This is what greatly helps me toward helping others. I enjoy and choose to work with people who really want to make changes in their lives and are ready to commit to the practice and disciplines required for change.
