A beautiful moment captured today with the wonderful team from Aboriginal Health before our private Sound of Being™ session at the Northern Festival Centre, Port Pirie.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for inviting me in and trusting me to hold this gentle space for you all. It was such an honour to facilitate for a team that does such important, heartfelt work every day. Your energy, openness, and presence filled the room with something truly special.

I’m deeply grateful to be able to offer private sound healing sessions for work teams like yours — a safe, nurturing space to rest, release, and come back into balance together.

A little glimpse of the wild beauty and deep reset I experienced on Kangaroo Island — rooftop tent nights, thundering waves, kangaroos at camp, and complete quiet under the stars.

It reminded me how powerful it is when we let nature’s rhythm move through us and bring the body back into harmony.

Sound healing offers the same gentle invitation — immersing ourselves in sacred frequencies to move energetic blockages,
restore coherence, and drop out of the busy mind and into the wisdom of the body.
It’s not just relaxation… it’s embodiment.
