🌿 This week we had the pleasure of welcoming Kylie Dawson from Soul Expression to Women's Healing Sanctuary. It was wonderful to share how the Sanctuary provides a nurturing space for women to rest their nervous system, restore their energy, and reconnect with themselves.

We’re excited to be exploring a 2026 collaboration with Kylie, bringing QiGong practices for women’s wellness to the Sanctuary offerings in the new year. 💫

It was a privilege to speak at the Master Builders Association and MATES in Construction NSW 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀: 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 workshop this week, and share the care Women's Healing Sanctuary can offer for women seeking emotional recovery. 💛
