Rachel invites you to take a moment for yourself, she is not enforcing deep reflection, or pushing a strict mantra... she is offering you some space and a little time to step outside of your world.........
Rachel takes a dollop of Yoga, a spoonful of Pilates, a sprinkle of meditation, 1/2 cup of wisdom from her nursing experience, & mixes it with a handful of community circus and a big bowlful of laughs…..and ‘hey presto!..... You will float out the door feeling calm, energized, relaxed!

Rachels sessions generally follow a similar path; prepare your mat, standing sequences – including warrior, prone & supine floor work – includes downward dog, supine relaxation/meditation/savasana, gentle neck stretch sequences – lying & standing, final breath cycles & thank yous.
Please feel free to SMS Rachel on 0417557011 & let her know your coming.
BYO mat, warm socks, warm top & water bottle.
Please adapt all poses & sequences to suit your body – in essence ensure ‘non-harm to self’ the Ahimsa Principal in Yoga.
Rachels videos are imperfect & raw; ‘I move through the sequences faster than I would in my actual practice, ideally move very slowly and gently through each sequence (and from one sequence to another), and ideally hold each pose for at least 5 breath cycles; ‘breathe in – prepare, pause, then breathe out – surrender to the healing release of the stretch/pose’.
We all need to embrace gentleness & imperfection, especially me......
Let me show you how to take a moment for yourself, I’m not enforcing deep reflection, I’m not pushing a strict mantra... I’m offering you some space and a little time to step outside of your world.........’
