Wanting to make some kind of change in your life? Don’t think big, think consistency. You’re better off making a small change and repeating it forever than a big one that doesn’t last. In fact, the big ones are actually less likely to last because they’re harder to stick with!

Try and make the change a habit. Habits are things we do without needing to remember or think about. Brushing your teeth every day is a habit. If you want to make a change in your fitness, diet, relationships, financial, or any other area, turn the new behaviour into a habit. You may need to make conscious for the first few weeks but then it’ll become automatic quickly.

Remember, start small and repeat! Once you’ve made one small change a habit and stuck to it for a few months, pick another small change and do the same again 😁

The idea of staying with the same person until we grow old is a dream many of us have. However, we sometimes find ourselves in a relationship that needs to end. This can be a tough decision but ending such a relationship is not failure. The only failure is if we do not look at our part in the problems and then do the work to change that. This will lead us to better relationships in the future. We learn through our mistakes but blaming the other is not helpful to growth and personal growth is the key in life.
