Wanting to make some kind of change in your life? Don’t think big, think consistency. You’re better off making a small change and repeating it forever than a big one that doesn’t last. In fact, the big ones are actually less likely to last because they’re harder to stick with!
Try and make the change a habit. Habits are things we do without needing to remember or think about. Brushing your teeth every day is a habit. If you want to make a change in your fitness, diet, relationships, financial, or any other area, turn the new behaviour into a habit. You may need to make conscious for the first few weeks but then it’ll become automatic quickly.
Remember, start small and repeat! Once you’ve made one small change a habit and stuck to it for a few months, pick another small change and do the same again 😁
