Travis was my first client to complete the 6-month program twice!

The first time he went through 1 on 1 with me, and 2nd time round I wanted him to really experience the connection and accountability from the group environment.

Both times, Travis was able to take great strides in improving is mindset, and that created a lot stronger foundations for his social life, relationships and overall health to improve.

Trav also added,,,
"The benefits gained are invaluable and can help you in any part of your life. The other thing I would advise is to commit fully to the process. It took me doing the course for a second time to realise this, so trust me when I say it’s worth it."

I have a NEW 6 month crew starting soon, so book a call (link in comments) and let's see how working together can improve your situation and your life!

Matt joined a Sports Performance program...
"Ready for Round 1" in 2021 and was able to get his confidence and energy to a level which allowed him to perform at his best., and the tools he learnt were also able to help him in his personal life.

"Since completing the program I feel much happier and confident with myself. I feel I am able to deal with the negative thoughts a lot easier. I notice if I have a negative thought about myself, I’m much more aware of it and can deal with it quicker and understand it is just a thought and that I don’t have to become it emotionally."

Unfortunately that season Matt got a run of injuries and wasn't able to maintain his early form only playing 6 of a possible 12 games, but in those 6 games he kicked 7 goals from midfield and was named in the Best player voting 3 times.

"I started the footy season off okay my first 3-4 rounds were great, but I dropped off a bit after that with injuries, and falling off the Quality Mind App... I strayed from the good headspace I was in that allowed to play me level I was happy with"

A lot of new learning takes place during a QM Program, but the tools and techniques to manage your thinking are yours to take away and master, with a monthly, 6 monthly or annual subscription to the Quality Mind App available!

Check in sessions and additional 1 on 1 coaching sessions are also available post program, to keep you heading in your new direction!

If you are new to the idea of boundaries.. WELCOME!
We're glad to have you here!

Boundaries can be set in your PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL and RESOURCE based worlds.

Example of physical boundary...
"I understand you're being affectionate, but I'm not comfortable hugging people at this time. Please take this fist bump to mean a hug"

Example of a resource (time) boundary...
"You have my full attention now, but I have to leave in 1 hour"

Setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable at first, as we tend to worry about how they will be received, or the possible fall out from having the 'difficult' conversation....

But once we've set them, calmly and politely, then they are either accepted or challenged by the people in our lives.
If they are challenged repeatedly by someone, then that person is not respecting our wishes, and is disrespecting our relationship.
If this continues, there may need to be further review of whether or not that person stays in our lives.

Even if boundaries are difficult to understand or accept at first, their presence often leads to a new found level of respect in the relationship, which can strengthen the bond between the two people.

Boundaries are the key to healthy relationships.

- Start by looking a the things you value.
- See where the quality of these things are being eroded.
- Now have a look at who is doing the eroding...

It can help to set boundaries with ourselves, as practice for setting them with others.

'I go to sleep when I am tired'
'I stop eating when I am full'
'I stop drinking after 2 beers'
'I arrange 2 social catch ups per week'

Sticking to the boundaries you've set for yourself also helps build discipline and self worth!

Knowing someone for a long time is not a good indicator of whether or not they should still be in your life.

It's ok to look for a new tribe.

Value yourself enough to walk away from anything that doesn't serve you.

Connection with others is a basic human need.

Are you putting yourself in a position to have healthy, positive connections with the people closest to you?

Our closest relationships will challenge us sometimes..... but at their core, they should be loving, encouraging, supportive and fun!

'Doing the work' can allow us to have better relationships. This means that it's easier for us to show up authentically, and we can be known, accepted and loved for who we truly are.... not for who we are trying to be.

Matty’s Story…

Over the coming weeks we’re going to look at a few recent clients who have been able to take on some new learnings and improve their lives!

Matty has gone from strength to strength in the past few years, and is now living a passionate, abundant life, with great awareness and ambition towards his goals!

Here’s how he got started….

Allow me to elaborate…

1. …But this isn’t a reason to get upset or lose faith. The more detail and specifics you have for your dream, the easier it will become to create it. But if your plans are altered by circumstances out of your control, then make an adjustment and keep going!

2. When you become aware of a growth area, it’s normal to feel a bit saddened by its existence. But take encouragement from the fact you can now take action to improve! I learned some useful skills to improve my focus and discipline this year, and I’m still working on them, but I saw solid improvement much quicker than expected.

3. I know my coaching could help the majority of people. But not everyone is ready to take the look in the mirror required to move them forward. I’ve come to accept this now, and love people for where they are, rather than have expectations of them to be further along in their growth.

4. We build more walls, limits, and restrictions for ourselves than anyone else imposes on us. It’s often scary at first to leave your comfort zone, but once you take the leap… you wonder what ever held you back in the first place!

5. This year, through conversations with my psychologist and coach, I discovered the fear I was living in around romantic relationships. I held beliefs that they made my life harder, that they took away from my passion and drive, and I was scared of the pain and suffering if they ended. Now that I’ve been able to free myself of that fear, my life and love have flourished. I’ve met an amazing person who values growth as much as I do, and supports me in my passions, as I do for her. Every breakthrough I have had since being on this journey has caused me discomfort in the short term, which has then been totally eclipsed by rewards I’ve received afterwards.

This year had more wins than lessons, but I’ve really enjoyed this process of reflecting, to refocus for next year!

What lessons have you learned in 2022??
