Most people find it hard to start new things on their own. And when it comes to yoga, trying to learn online and on your own can make it even harder.
I’ve spoken to many people lately who are struggling to make time for their own wellbeing, or who used to practice yoga in a studio and now can’t find the motivation to continue classes on-line.
I want make it easier for you to learn yoga so I’ve created a way for you to be supported and encouraged to practice yoga and care for your wellbeing during this time of zoom and on-line everything. You’ll be taught individually, at your own pace, and at a time that works for you. Classes are live, giving you guidance and support, and help hold you accountable for coming to your mat.
I know the excuses you create to avoid coming to the mat, and the many reasons you prioritise other things above your own wellbeing. I know because I’ve given them all to myself, many many many times over.
I’ve put together an online yoga support program to help you learn yoga that includes;
• 15 min phone call to discuss what you'd like to learn, any health concerns or injuries
• 4 x 60 min classes held via zoom
• 'cheat sheet' reference guide of the sequence you’ve learned to guide you afterwards
• access to video guides via facebook student forum
Classes can be booked weekly, or twice weekly, at a time that suits you (morning, afternoons, early evening).
Private yoga classes can cost anywhere between $80 - $150 per hour, and personal trainers usually charge $75 per hour (or more).
For the investment of $200, you’ll receive four private yoga classes, learn a sequence at your own pace that you can practice on your own afterwards (if you choose), get reference materials to guide you after our sessions, be supported and encouraged along the way. (That’s the equivalent of a private yoga class for only $50 per hour.)
I’m only taking on a small number of new students to maintain my ability to give you personalised attention, so make sure you book soon so you don’t miss out.
