Youโll be working closely with participants to support daily routines, build confidence, and create meaningful engagement in their lives.

Providing personal care and daily living support
Supporting community access and participation
Encouraging independence and confidence-building
Creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment
Following support plans and documenting outcomes
๐ช๐ต๐ผ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
Weโre looking for someone who:
Is warm, compassionate, and grounded
Understands the importance of consistency and trust
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can adapt their approach to individual needs
Brings a calm and respectful presence to their work

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services (or similar)
Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related fields
Students currently studying in relevant areas are encouraged to apply
