Would you be able to help us to Share the Dignity?
We have 48000 homeless women in Australia and we want to get 48000 of us to Yoga and Unite for every woman without a home.
But first things first we need Yoga instructors all over Australia to make this happen by donating one hour of their time to instruct us all in the inaugural

I Interpret mindfulness as the ability to 'be completely present" in the space between an inhalation and an exhalation. The practice of elongating and comfortably resting in that space or void. When I've practiced this and have excercised my mindful muscles I have an increased capacity and capability to sit in the time between event and response and choose my reaction. A simple reminder for consistent mindful meditation practice. Much peace and love ❤️
