One of the most beautiful parts of Reiki is that it transcends time and space.

Whether you’re next door or across the country, your energy is still speaking… and I’m here to listen.

This lovely lady came to me from another State, unsure what to expect, but open to healing.

No matter where you are on your healing journey, whether it’s day one or year ten, please remember this - you deserve your own kindness. 💕

Healing is not linear. Some days feel like sunshine, others like storms, and both are valid. You are still healing. You are still growing. You are still worthy. 🌸

There is no “timeline” to becoming whole. No shame in having setbacks. No prize for rushing through your pain.

The most powerful thing you can offer yourself, today and every day, is gentleness. Speak kindly to your heart. Rest when you need. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small.

Not so long ago I felt completely disconnected from myself — lost in the noise of life, motherhood, heartbreak, feeling lost, fatigued and constantly scrambling to hold it all together.

But through breath, energy, and emotional release work I slowly am finding my way home to me. 💗

My most recent season of change brought me back to a daily Reiki practise and now, I feel deeply called to hold that space for other women.

Welcome, beautiful soul 💖 I'm Jules, a Reiki practitioner, breathwork guide and space holder for women on their journey through life.

After walking through many seasons of change I have navigated recent separation, single motherhood and peri menopause, I have experienced burnout, disconnection from myself, identity loss and lack of joy and purpose, It was through the quite power of Reiki, breathwork, ritual and soul care that I began to return to myself and rebuild a life rooted in presence, peace and truth.

I now hold space for other women to do the same.

My sessions are designed to be gentle, they are intuitive and soul-led, I am passionate about holding space for women with non judgemental deep compassion.

Wether in-person or from a distance, they invite calm, clarity release and reconnection.

I offer one-on-one Reiki sessions tailored to your individual needs, they may include emotional release techniques, crystals or guided breathwork all designed to soothe your nervous system and support your healing journey.

When life feels heavy the ocean reminds me to breathe 🌊💖

Life will throw storms our way, sometimes gentle waves, other times crashing tides that threaten to pull us under.
We all have moments when the weight of responsibilities, emotions, and unexpected challenges feels too much.
It’s easy to get caught up in the overwhelm, feeling like we’re struggling against the current.

But amidst the chaos, there is always something to take from it be it a lesson, a shift, a deepening of who we are.
The key is not to resist but to find ways to remain grounded and centered, allowing ourselves to move through the storm rather than fight against it.

For me, Ive learnt that anchor is the ocean.

Whether I’m walking along the shore, feeling the sand between my toes, or diving into the water, I always find clarity there.

The crashing of the waves reminds me that everything in life ebbs and flows.
The tide comes in, the tide goes out—just as emotions rise and fall, just as challenges come and go.

Nothing is permanent.

The beach teaches me presence. I breathe in the salty air, let the wind touch my skin, and watch the endless horizon stretch before me, reminding me of infinite possibilities.

Nature has a way of holding us when we allow it to. The earth beneath our feet, the sun on our skin, the ocean’s embrace it all whispers……You are safe. You are supported. This, too, shall pass.

So when life feels like too much, find your grounding place. Maybe it’s the beach, the forest, a quiet space in your home, or simply closing your eyes and connecting to your breath.

Whatever it is, let it remind you that you are more powerful than the storm. You are the calm within it.

And just like the waves, you will rise again.

Hey There 😁 just a reminder that a single thought is a seed, and with care, we can weave a beautiful garden of the mind, where peace, joy, and growth bloom in abundance.

💖Over time, I’ve learned to shift my thoughts and lesson the self-limiting beliefs, anxious thoughts, and chronic stress that once held me back.

💖It’s amazing how a single thought can trigger a stress response, which is why observing, recognizing, and changing what goes on in our minds is so important. As the saying goes, “It’s not what happens to us, but how we respond that causes us pain or suffering.” And our response is a direct reflection of our thoughts.

💖Through my journey, I’ve learned to be kinder to myself, more forgiving, and more encouraging. The thoughts we have directly impact how we feel and act, and once we create awareness around our mental chatter, life starts to change for the better.

💖Mentally, we feel clearer and more confident, emotionally, we feel more at peace and resilient, and physically, we feel lighter, more energized and less wired.

💖The transformation starts with tuning into the mind and observing, when we prioritize this shift, the results ripple through every part of our lives!
