Elisha brings extensive industry experience, strategic insight, and a grounded, professional approach to Support Coordination. With a strong background across complex service environments, she understands the importance of structure, accountability, and genuine participant advocacy.

Elisha works confidently across:
• Level 1 – Support Connection
• Level 2 – Coordination of Supports
• Level 3 – Specialist Support Coordination

Her expertise lies in navigating high-complexity matters with clarity and confidence. From participants with psychosocial disabilities and forensic histories, to those experiencing housing instability, high-risk behaviours, or multi-agency involvement — Elisha leads with strategy, composure, and purpose.

💬 She understands that effective coordination is more than connecting services — it is about building sustainable support systems, managing risk appropriately, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every participant’s plan is implemented with integrity.

Elisha works collaboratively with families, guardians, multidisciplinary teams, providers, and key stakeholders to ensure outcomes are practical, compliant, and participant-centred.

Our amazing Support Coordinator attended the Brisbane Disability Expo today, connecting with providers, learning about new services, and gathering valuable information to better support our participants.

It was a fantastic opportunity to explore resources, meet industry leaders, and stay up to date with what’s available in our community. Thank you to everyone who took the time to stop and say hello, she loved meeting you!

Reports say that the baby goats stole her heart though!💙

Last week, Hans and Krystal from Mighty CARE Services had the pleasure of meeting with Juana from Help Enterprises and enjoying a guided walk-through of their incredible Eagle Farm site.

We were truly amazed by the wide range of services that Help offers to support people with disability in Employment, including:
✅ Employment Pathways – meaningful job opportunities, on-the-job training and long-term career support
✅ Training & Education – skill-building programs to empower confidence and independence
✅ Social Enterprises – innovative businesses that provide real employment opportunities for people with disability

The passion and commitment of the Help team really shone through, and it’s clear they are making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people they support. It left Krystal asking "What can we do to Support and Foster Longevity for Help Enterprises!" With the unanimous answer being "Awareness!"
