I will be here Saturday if anyone is needing to swap any children's clothes. This will be the place to be. I do however have a couple of bookings available Thursday afternoon/evening. If you're needing Lymphatic massage, remedial massage (private health fund approved) intuitive healing, reiki or sound healing

Forgot to share with everyone that my partner and i both achieved some goals and got another piece of paper to prove it over the last few months.

I learned some new skills lymphatics skills that took me a long time to be able to go and learn (kids are excitement)
I'm super excited about sharing with everyone and watch this space for some new packages i will offer
Plus i got to meet some amazing and inspiring women 🥰.

Jonny achieved his goal he's been working on for 4years!
I remember him being apprehensive about it being a long time but then it flew by.

He's worked so hard to achieve this and yes he regularly comes home looking like this but often his clothes are burned and ripped 🤣 . He does love his hands, and, shoulders and back being treated after holding a welder or grinder all day.

It's good to stop and celebrate achievements when you reach them.

As parents it's so easy just to share and celebrate our kids achievements as we cheer them on.
We can forget to take some time to feel proud of ourselves.

What have you achieved this year so far that you've been keeping pretty quiet whether it's big or small?
