✨ Opening 5 Introductory Equine-Assisted Coaching Sessions ✨

Over the past years I’ve been developing a quiet, powerful form of coaching with my horses to help people step out of the constant noise of the mind and reconnect with themselves.

These sessions are for adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in cycles of fear and overthinking, and who simply need a calm space to pause, breathe, and find their centre again.

This is not riding, not NDIS support, and not horse training.
It’s gentle, guided inner work on the ground, where the horses help create a sense of safety, awareness, and honest reflection.
With time, this work can go deep and become very challenging, but it’s always at your pace and willingness to take it there.

Many people are surprised how quickly being around horses can slow the nervous system and bring clarity to what’s happening inside.

To open this work to the community, I’m offering 5 introductory sessions:

• 60 minute session
• guided reflection and nervous system grounding with the horses
• introductory price: $50
• location: Carbrook, 4130

After these first sessions, my regular offering will be 90 minutes – $240.

If you feel curious or feel like this kind of space might be helpful for you, send me a message and I’ll share the details.

Most people ruin their relationships at the exact moment they get triggered.

Not because they’re bad people.
But because they panic.

They try to fix the situation.
Explain themselves.
Demand reassurance.
Analyse every word.
Or run away.

But what if the trigger isn’t about the other person at all?

What if it’s showing you the exact place inside you that still needs healing?

I recorded a podcast episode about this a while ago… and today I listened to it again.

It reminded me of something powerful:

When you’re triggered, the most important thing you can do is leave the outside world alone.

Stop trying to control the situation.

Instead, sit with what is coming up inside you.

Because freedom doesn’t come from fixing the other person.

It comes from being willing to feel what hurts.

And on the other side of that pain is clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to yourself.

If you’re moving through relationship triggers, anxiety, or emotional pain right now, this episode might really support you.

Feelings come and go.

They rise.
They fall.
They change.
Sometimes within minutes.

And yet so many of us build our entire lives around them.

We cancel plans because we feel anxious.
We end relationships because we feel uncertain.
We cling because we feel infatuated.
We withdraw because we feel overwhelmed.

But feelings are not facts.
They are data.

They are information moving through your nervous system.

Nervous on a first date?
It doesn’t automatically mean the person is wrong for you.
It might simply mean you had a long day.
It might mean your system is tired.
It might mean vulnerability feels new.

Discernment is important.

Not every feeling is intuition.
Not every discomfort is a warning.
Not every calm feeling is alignment either.

Feelings can come from stress.
From old wounds.
From lack of sleep.
From hormones.
From the collective energy of a room you just walked into.

So how do you know when to trust them?

You don’t.

You allow them.

You feel them fully without immediately acting on them.
You stay steady while they move through you.
You notice them without letting them steer the ship.

What is real and aligned will remain.
What is simply emotional weather will pass.

Your feelings are like the ocean.
You are the observer.

The work is not to suppress.
Not to dramatise.
Not to obey.

The work is to endure your feelings without drowning in them.

Notice.
Feel.
Observe.
Remain steady.

And let your actions arise from grounded clarity rather than emotional overwhelm.

That’s where true self-trust begins. 🤍

How many times do we abandon ourselves to please others?
To ease someone else’s emotions over our own?

Where does that stem from?

Can you take a gentle look in that direction?
Can you notice what arises inside you when you say “no” to someone?

And without having to change anything or feel bad about yourself, just allow the feeling to exist.
This is always the first step… to allow the feeling.

Don’t run from it.
Don’t try to change it.
Just allow it to exist inside you and become curious about what it is trying to tell you.

Often it says something like:
“If I say no, I won’t be loved.”
“I need to perform to gain love.”

Many of us have been conditioned to believe that in order to be loved and to belong, we have to perform.

But you don’t have to do anything to be loved.
You are loved simply for being.

The hardest part is allowing ourselves to be loved just by existing.
To find self-love again…
To relax into ourselves and know we are enough, simply by being.

And once we find that self-love again, we can share it with the world.
We can love others simply for being.

And that’s how we slowly heal the world… one heart at a time.
It always starts at home.
It always starts with you. 🤍

Women are so stuck in fear of men. And I get it.
Society is feeding this fear pandemic. But what if we stopped feeding it? What if we stopped looking from fear, and started looking from love?

My horses always offer me a place where I can exhale.

In that exhale, there is a softening. A quieting.

A gentle shift into a space where I can emerge from thought and noise and feel my body in the present moment.

Where I can witness my breath,
my sensations, and
my emotions without reacting.
Without judging.
Simply watching.

In this space, compassion arises naturally.
My heart stays open because I feel held.
Safe enough to remain present.
Safe enough to see where I truly am and what is truly happening within me.

And from that place, I can meet my truth with love.

This is where healing happens.
This is where integration begins.

It starts with safety.

My horses have offered me this safe container for many years now. They feel like my guardian angels. 🤍

Horses feel us before we understand ourselves.
They reflect what’s happening inside, without words and without judgement.
In their presence, our nervous system settles, and we’re invited to meet ourselves with more honesty and compassion. 🤍

This space is for people who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in their head and who are longing to come back to themselves.

I offer equine-assisted coaching sessions in Carbrook, QLD. These are ground-based sessions with no riding, where the horses are not here to be trained or directed.

They are calm, honest mirrors who support nervous system regulation, presence, and a deeper sense of Self.

This work is also well suited to people who are already on a personal or spiritual path. It supports those who are becoming more aware of old patterns, stories, and inner defences, and who want to live with more ease, authenticity, and joy.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about slowing down, listening differently, and reconnecting with what’s already here.

If this speaks to you, you can find more information or book a session via my website, or you’re welcome to contact me directly 🤍
