Walk and Talk welcomes Phoebe from Griffith University "Hello, I am Phoebe! My passion for self-development led me to study a Bachelor of Counselling, which I am currently in my final year of. I am very excited to be engaging in counselling amongst nature with Walk and Talk for Wellness. I believe moving our bodies is one of the best things we can do to assist our mental health and wellbeing. Personally, I really enjoy the high intensity of weights training at the gym, as well as yoga and walking for low intensity options; these are where I feel a mind and body connection that is really empowering. My hope is that our conversations can empower you too ! We all experience challenges; making the time to explore, learn and grow is what life is about!
