Today, we stood shoulder to shoulder with Members of Parliament, health partners, Movember , and many other passionate advocates from across Queensland at the launch of the Queensland Parliamentary Friends of Men’s Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing.

A huge thank you to Donna Kirkland MP for the invite and her continued support for real, grassroots change. 💚

A special shoutout to Scott Prince for sharing his story and reminding us all how powerful one honest conversation can be. It takes courage to speak up but it’s in those moments that change begins.

Because when men open up, families heal. Workplaces strengthen. Communities grow.
That’s what this movement is all about real conversations, real connection, real change.

Now it’s time to get back to Rocky and open the doors to our Walk ’n’ Talk Hub so the community can see exactly what they’ve been backing and the difference their support is going to make 👌🏼

🥧 What if a pie could help save a life?

Right now, our mates at Banjo’s Bakery have baked up something seriously special a Curry Beef Pie that does more than just taste bloody amazing.

For a limited time, $1 from every one of these pies sold goes directly to support mental health in our local community through Walk ‘n’ Talk Collective.

If comfort food had a purpose, this is it. 🙌

Let’s be real for a sec, mental health struggles often go unseen. They’re quiet. Heavy. And too many people carry that weight alone.
So we’re walking, we’re talking and now, we’re eating pies to break the silence.

🧠💬 Because mental health matters. And so does how we show up for each other.

👉 Go to Banjo’s.
👉 Buy a Curry Beef Pie.
👉 Smash it.
👉No pressure, but take a selfie or a snap. Tag us. Spread the word.

Massive thanks to the legends at Banjo’s for baking purpose into every pie, and to you, our community, for always showing up.

Without you, we couldn’t do what we do.

Let’s eat. Let’s talk. Let’s change lives. 💚

Picture this....

a young lad lining up a jump on his bike. He knows it’s risky, he might crash, he might nail it, but in that moment, the adrenaline is pumping, his mates are watching, and it feels like everything.

This is risk-taking. And it’s normal.

For many young males, doing tricks, pushing limits, and taking risks isn’t just about showing off, it’s a part of growing up. The teenage brain is wired to seek out excitement, challenge, and peer approval. It’s how they test boundaries and figure out who they are.

But alongside that comes real pressure: to fit in, to look tough, to hide emotions, to always act like they’re in control, even when they’re not.

It’s not about stopping the jump. it’s about being there after the landing, whether it went to plan or not.

We currently support male youth and men of all ages through the NDIS via our dedicated support service, Talk n Support.

Looking ahead, we are hoping to launch a youth based program to empower young men 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

Stay tuned! 🙌🏼

Not everyone has someone to lean on but that’s where Walk n Talk and legends like Tony and Michelle step in.

In a world where mental health struggles are often faced in silence, these two have raised over $10,000 (and counting!) to support Walk n Talk, helping create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

It’s people like them and small businesses like Mummas Fish N Chips that are the backbone of community-driven change. They’re not just feeding stomachs, they’re feeding connection, purpose, and hope.

Along the way, we haven’t just built awareness we’ve built friendships. Mates we didn’t know we needed.

👉 So here’s what you can do:

Check in on your mates

Get behind local legends

Pop into Mumma’s Fish N Chips for a top-notch feed you won’t regret

And keep supporting initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼
