We hope you all have had a bit of recovery time over the Christmas break. We are back from Monday 5th January and looking foward to catching up with everyone. Physiotherapist Dan Pam is taking over the Rockhampton Saturday sessions. All our sessions can be claimed for with your health fund. We also can accept Home Care Packages, NDIS and DVA by arrangement. We also have limited appointments for GP Chronic Care referrals.

We all know that breathing is fairly important and vital for life. Somehow we manage over 20 000 breaths per day. However, the process of breathing is complex and the underlying neural control is also complicated to understand. I’m going to try to blog some snippets from people who spend all their life researching breathing.

Physiotherapy led group pilates sessions with Physio Dan. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm. Sun has set, its cool in the air conditioned studio and the local magpie is off duty. Listen to Dan's special play list that may include some of his orginals, enjoy the 'chilled out' atmosphere and Dan's 'fav' pilates exercises on our wonderful Stott Reformers and Stability Chairs. and Yes! you can claim these with your Health Fund.
