We are very happy to welcome our newest massage therapist to Aligned Chiropractic!

Luke Lukowiak-Gray

Luke has over thirteen years’ experience as a Diploma qualified massage therapist working in the local Rockhampton community. With a focus on combining orthopedic testing, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue techniques he can tailor your treatment to a wide range of needs.

From junior or advanced athletes monitoring their progress into the next event or helping office workers manage old injuries or struggling with headaches. He understands return to work rehabilitation planning and has experience coordinating with multiple allied health professionals for post operative care. Luke has a history of powerlifting and snowboarding and understands how big sporting or life events can be impacted by stress or pain.

In addition to remedial massage therapy, Luke is a qualified to provide pregnancy massage, myofascial cupping and dry needling. He is passionate about matching the right treatment with your needs to help patients recover faster. On the weekends he has a new passion for cooking (read, smoking meats on the BBQ) and is easily led astray by his two energetic dogs.

Facebook continues to remind me that its been over 100 days since I posted here =) I stopped doing regular posts when bookings jumped through the roof, so thanks everyone that has and continues to keep me on my toes.

How much time have you made for your health this month? Each year we roll around towards the winter months and a chorus of "I can't believe its so cold already!" Make some time for those aches and pains before the winter chill sets in. Or better yet, try myofascial cupping next time you stop in for a boost to your immune system

Slowly getting the store finished week by week, just assembling the new front counter for the HICAPS terminal coming next week. Soon you'll be able to claim your health fund rebates in store =) If your free tomorrow or looking to help out the MS swimathon is on at CQU sports center. I'll be there doing $10 massages and donating 1/2 to MS research =)

Good work to everyone taking advantage of the "Refer a friend" promotion. So far we've had two clients through for a free one hour massage after referring their friends. Sadly the limit is 2 referrals per client but if you have yet to take up the offer get in before the month ends! You'll have 4 weeks after your friends or loved ones come in to make an appointment so tell your family or co-workers about Dhanna Massage today!

Remember if your an existing client of Dhanna Massage and you refer a friend this month you will receive 30 minuets extra on your next appointment. Most people know they should be taking better care of themselves but don't know who to see. If you enjoyed your treatment why not help someone you know get the pain relief you enjoy? Or perhaps indulge with a thermal stone massage?
