Stress is our bodies natural response to the challenges, triggers and demands of our environment. Stress in short bursts can have a positive effect on our mind/body by helping remove us from danger or improve motivation to complete tasks. However, Long term stress or being in an overwhelmed state for long periods can have a negative impact on our overall wellbeing.
Our Reiki Mindfulness sessions have been created to develop enlightened awareness and understanding to the negative thoughts, patterns or behaviours that are impacting your wellbeing. We explore not only these actions in the present, but support introspection through compassionate curiosity (self-reflection) developing awareness to the underlying causes of these thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviours.
