💙 Happy Father’s Day 💙

Today at Romsey Community Aged Care, we take a moment to honour the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who have helped shape not only their families, but the communities we are proud to be part of.

At The Vue Community Aged Care, another one of our For Purpose Aged Care homes, we were privileged to witness heartfelt moments shared between fathers and their loved ones — a touching reminder of the strength, love, and connection that span generations.

From all of us at Romsey and across For Purpose Aged Care, we extend our deepest thanks to every father for their wisdom, care, and lasting contributions to family and community life.

Yesterday the sun was shining so it was perfect weather for Caitlin our garden extraordinaire to start planting our fruit trees. One of our beautiful residents wanted to plant the first fruit tree. It’s exciting planting a new garden and watching it grow and we are lucky to have a wealth of knowledge from our residents. Next Raised garden beds arriving this week.

Aged care employment day is all about celebrating and showing appreciation to all staff working in aged care. It was a great day, staff were provided bbq lunch and a special gift 🎁 Age care is not an easy job but is truly rewarding. So thank you to all the wonderful staff for the fabulous job they do.
