Hey all, Guy here from Rosebud Health Store!

As the year moves into its final quarter we get busier and often that also means we get stressed, fatigued and sore! Especially if you work on the tools all day, or maybe you are sitting for long hours hunched over a laptop - either way you are feeling it!

The thing is if you are wanting to perform at your best, and feel good - your body and mind need yoga!

Yes… YOGA! Yoga traditionally, was created by men, for men. The earliest yogic practices came from the vedas and upanishads - scriptures studied exclusively by male priests and ascetics - so it’s little wonder that it does us some good when we get into it.

👉I’ve got a few places to fill in my regular weekly class - so I’m putting out the call. I’ve also got a deal running - if you bring a mate, you both get one month at half price.

Our men’s yoga class has been running for over 12 months and the guys are loving it. They are sleeping better, working harder and generally feeling good.

The first class is FREE. Beginners are welcome, but it’s challenging enough for all levels of fitness. Yoga is an ancient practice, (1,500 BCE) so it’s safe to say they’ve ironed out the kinks and you’ll pick it up quickly enough. 👍

So, give it a go.
It’s one hour per week and it’s cheap as chips.
What have you got to loose? We’re in Rosebud, 879 Pt Nepean Rd. Rock on up just after 5pm and I’ll get you sorted. You don’t need to bring anything, just wear casual clothes you can move and stretch in.
