Proud is an absolute understatement 🥰
1 year ago, we introduced Mark to Herbalife Nutrition, he has taken it in his stride, creating new habits, setting goals and working hard for them.

Latest achievement cracking under 100kg in our latest challenge (losing 5.6kg in 4 weeks)

Shout out to my girl Kylie

Busy Mum of 3 girls and she’s got GOALS!!
It’s one thing to set goals but to achieve them is another thing 😉

Kylie has been following our Nutrition plan for around 8 months and has totally transformed her Body.

Some would say Kylie has a good metabolism & good genetics 🤪 but this is evidence of hard work & commitment.

She wanted to get stronger in the gym & improve her eating habits…

She has learnt:
✅ Food is fuel (we eat a lot of food)
✅ Smart Supplementation
✅ Pre & Post Workout Nutrition
✅ Post Training Recovery

She’s gained:

When you find something that works, you roll with it 💯

There is no better feeling than helping people achieve their health goals but this is also my journey. I am working on myself daily to be better, healthier, fitter & stronger.
