What I know for sure is that I feel my best when I set my day up with a successful morning…

This looks a little different for everyone, but we can all make a few simple decisions to run the day vs the day running us.

A morning routine creates consistency, consistency leads to good habits, habits leads to progressive results. It’s the progress that makes us happy!

Isn’t is funny how quickly we can think about all the things we have not succeeded with - vs focusing on the progressions.

Our self-talk is such a crucial part of our self-esteem & the decisions we make on a daily basis. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy.

What if we could just start by making small choices to win the next hour? Eventually we could build up to winning the morning - & how awesome would it be to win the day!

It all starts with a decision to look for progress.

What are you reaching for in the gaps of your day?

Are you filling those gaps with more and more caffeine? Sugary snacks? Or not eating at all?

For optimum energy and wellness, the goal is to feed your body the nutrients that it needs over the course of the entire day... We are looking for consistency with balanced nutrients at the right time.

If we only rely on caffeine and sugar - the 3pm crash (and the 9pm cravings) will be inevitable.

This is a big focus in our 21 Day Challenge as part of the plan to get results!!

Let's be proactive to what our bodies need 😋
