Pharmacy update: Lotto has officially left our store and will be back in action at the Russell Island Post Office from Monday, 15th December.

We’ll continue to focus on your health and wellbeing, but Lotto enquires will now need to go directly to the Post Office team once they reopen.

🌿Farewell Kalab🌿

Next week we say goodbye to Kalab, who’s heading to Nowra to be closer to family.

Kalab has been part of our LiveLife team from the beginning, and it’s hard to imagine the place without him. He’s been the one we’ve turned to when something needed fixing or when we needed a laugh. His steady presence and dry humour will be missed.

Thank you to everyone who’s reached out with kindness, generosity, and support over the past few days.

While one petty act left its mark on our delivery car, the response from this community has left a far deeper impression, one of care, solidarity, and goodness. For every bad egg, there are dozens of truly good ones, and we’ve felt that in spades.

It’s frustrating that police resources already stretched thin dealing with heartbreaking losses and serious challenges on the island, had to be diverted to something so small and senseless. This week has been heavy for many, and yet, in the midst of it all, you’ve shown us what Russell Island is really made of.

From all of us at LiveLife Pharmacy, thank you. Your support means more than you know.

We’re disheartened to share that our delivery car was recently extensively keyed. While it’s still running for now, it will soon be off the road for repairs for some time leaving some of our home bound and high needs customers without their usual access to essential medications.

This vehicle is more than just transport. It’s a lifeline for those who rely on us to bring care directly to their door.

If you saw anything suspicious near the pharmacy or have security footage or photos that might help, please get in touch. Even the smallest detail could make a difference.
