The “Hobbit Hole”
The third design has arrived and we are very happy with the quality that has been produced.
Using an already water resistant material we added a secondary waterproofing to the base and roof.
The design is a two part build as approximately 500mm is below the ground surface (not level).
The total height inside is 1.65 meters to the pitch. The outside height is 1.25 meters.
Please note the pictures are of the prototype. There are minor changes to the sold items with better quality finishes to paint, windows and grass roof.
