I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Womens Specialised Fitness Coach and have personally experienced my own weight loss journey, post natal and sport injury recovery. 💫 Grab a pair of Dumbbells and let’s get moving with this Upper Body Circuit

👉 Be sure to choose a weight that will feel like a real challenge on your last 2 reps - If it doesn’t feel challenging enough go up a notch!

✅ Shoulder Press x10
✅ Curl to Hammer Curl x10
✅ Tricep Extensions x10
✅ Swings x20

▶️ Do this circuit 4x through… or as many as you can in the time that you have! Remember, 1 set is better than none!

⚠️ If you’re lifting heavy take a 30-40sec rest in between each exercise. You can also choose to do 3x of 1 exercise at a time with a more heavy weight and more rest time in between sets…

👋 Hi there!!! I’m back on social media after a rather big break! Well over a year since I’ve regularly posted anything… a year of reflection, personal growth and change…

- Coming to terms with my dad passing away
- Decluttering & selling our childhood family home
- Mum moving to a beautiful caring nursing home with lots of activities that she loves
- Finding ways to understand, support & advocate for my child’s needs
- Moving house ourselves at the end of last year
- Navigating this crazy journey of Perimenopause and Menopause
- Dealing with my mental health, and wondering if I can still live out my ‘healthy move’ values

💫 It’s been a roller coaster ride… a cycle of over-thinking, anxiety and at times not knowing what to truly do with my life… an existential crisis of sorts, questioning lots since we lost dad, my rock and the one who truly believed in me. Some of you who trained with me may even remember ‘dad’ visiting my bootcamps, and helping set up on the sidelines. He was just so supportive of everything and every one in his life ❤️

👉 I don’t think I’m truly out the other side, but I think life is full of learning experiences and personal growth, and it never really stops. I’ve been hiding away, but I’ve been thinking… if I’m struggling, I’m probably not alone.

👆So I’ve decided to be brave and vulnerable to share what tools I’m discovering and get back to supporting women with both physical and mental health… help others know that they are not alone.

💫 I’ve spent time expanding my knowledge with 2 new formal certifications as a Health & Wellness Coach and also a Menopause Coach. Both these certifications have helped me in my personal journey and now allows me to formally help you too.

👉 Getting back to my core, I know I still want to help others. And in saying that… MAKING A START is the best thing to move forward BUT ALSO THE HARDEST…

💫 So here I am. Taking that next step and ready to share and embrace helping others again. Here’s a few pictures of reflection… let’s make a healthy move forward together 💖
