Meet SBS Suki and her aunty SBS Tiny Dancer 💙
Suki is a 12-week-old Blue British Shorthair, and I took this photo because it’s such a perfect example of the difference between a kitten and an adult in this breed.

At this age, Blue British kittens still have their soft kitten coat, which is why Suki’s colour looks much lighter. Once her adult coat comes through, it will darken beautifully — just like her aunty Tiny Dancers’ gorgeous deep blue coat.

You’ll also notice Suki’s eye colour is still developing. British Shorthair kittens are born with blue eyes that gradually transform into that vibrant, vivid copper we all love… and Tiny Dancer is the perfect example of where she’s headed! 😻

Suki will be going to her new home in a few days, but we have new Blue female babies just born who are looking for their very special homes.

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Top Gunn Van Het Eigen (Import Netherlands)’s very first babies! This is a major milestone for our cattery and a game-changing moment for our breeding program.

Last night our stunning blue queen Tinkers delivered an exceptional litter featuring rare and highly sought-after colours:
✨ 2 chocolates
✨ 1 black
✨ 1 blue

Even more exciting — these kittens are 4th generation SBS Cats, a true testament to the strength, consistency, and quality behind our lines. Moments like this reflect our unwavering commitment to elevating British Shorthair breed standards in Australia and producing world-class cats.

We were absolutely thrilled (and pleasantly surprised!) to welcome these incredible colours. This litter marks the beginning of an exciting new era for us, and we couldn’t be prouder. 💜🐾
