Hope you’ve all had a great week!
Just a quick update on our newest addition, Top Gunn Van Het Eigen of SBS Cats 💜🐾 — our gorgeous Chocolate British Shorthair boy all the way from the Netherlands 🇳🇱. He handled the journey like a champ and came through quarantine in great shape, thanks to John Hoefman and his amazing team for prepping him for such a big adventure 🙌.
It’s now been 14 days since he arrived at the SBS Family Farm in Hawksbury 🏡🐱 and we’re absolutely smitten! He’s settled in beautifully, gets along with the others, and has the sweetest calm-but-confident personality 😻. He’s already gained 1.3kg since arriving — such a fantastic start!
And the big news… Top Gunn has already mated with our blue girl SBS Tinkers 💙✨ at just 10.5 months old! We’re super excited to be expecting kittens in Black 🖤, Blue 💙, and Lilac 💜.
We’re considering a trial show for him in October 🎉, but if it doesn’t work out, no rush — he can take his time to mature and shine next year. For now, he’ll be enjoying summer and keeping the ladies company 😉🐾.
