My beautiful step-mum, Anne Adamson is a volunteer with Illawarra Palliative Care and she is a finalist for the Westfield Miranda Local Hero Award. In order to win $20,000 that will go to support her charity, please vote for her to win! It means a lot to me as she is one of the most compassionate people I know and terrible at tooting her own horn, so I'm asking my friends to get the numbers up!

And now I get to convalesce, not because I am unwell but because my energy centre needs to recharge. ⭐️
My work is so intrinsically connected to an outpour of energy and I absolutely love the fulfilment it provides. Healing work is very special, very sacred, but it requires lots of resource from my centre. By taking some time to just be, to create stillness and space, my energy refreshes and I am able to fully immerse myself in providing my healing energy to others again. I am so grateful for rest, nutrition, comfort and peace.
Part of healing is rest, recuperation and recharging, healers also need healing. ✨️
