Over the next few months, she’ll be running a series of Tension Relief Workshops at The Hive Holistic Health Centre here in Sale.

These sessions are designed to help you release tension, improve mobility, and feel more relaxed, all in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Fi and Tracey are incredibly passionate midwives who are invested in helping pregnant couples develop knowledge, confidence and practical tools for a calm, informed and supported birth experience.
