Our Raw Honey is pure, unpasteurised and just as the bees made it straight from the hive to your jar.

Because we don’t pasteurise or overheat our honey the natural sugars slowly crystallise over time. It’s a true sign of quality and authenticity not spoilage.

To return it to that smooth golden flow, just sit your jar in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes.
