Going back to New Zealand recently was so much more than taking a trip... it felt like returning to my homeland, and in many ways, returning to parts of myself I hadn’t visited in a long time.

Being back in a small, grounded community after so much change felt deeply settling. The simplicity of those connections reminded me how natural it is to belong 🌿 The land was its own medicine... the mountains, lakes, and open spaces brought me back into myself.

In the end, it felt like both a homecoming and a reset, a quiet reminder of where I come from, and the peace that returns when we reconnect with the places that shaped us 🌏

This reading was a difficult one to sit with. When I tune in, I never know what I’m going to be shown... I simply stay open, grounded, and let the impressions come through as they are ✨

What came through was the sense of the mother being unaware, two men involved, and a clear exchange taking place between them. The energy around it felt organised.

These readings are never easy to witness, and I hold them with as much care as I can. My role is to share what comes through honestly, gently, and with deep respect for the children and everyone affected.

While I was in NZ, I visited school and community gardens... all organic, all cared for by people who genuinely value the land. Being there reminded me how much we learn when we slow down and pay attention to the basics 🌱

Growing your own food brings you back into your body.
It’s simple work. Hands in the soil. Sun on your back.
No rush. No noise. Just the natural pace of things.

These garden projects showed me how strong a community becomes when people choose to grow with intention. It’s not just about the food. It’s about connection, responsibility, and remembering that nourishment is physical, emotional, and communal.

A small reminder that returning to the earth is often the most grounding thing we can do ✨
