Kicking goals in the first week of 2026! Our 4th room is almost ready. A few things to go, but I can’t wait to do all of my menopause and weight management consultations in this beautiful new space. Eventually will add a treatment chair to make it multi-purpose. Consultations, injectable treatments and an office space for our management team.
Look forward to welcoming my patients into Coastal Goddess for 2026. Back in clinic from Wednesday 7th Jan (fully booked). January is almost full, so get organised and prioritise YOU!

I have a new project launching on 2nd February…Watch this space!

Christmas is looking a little different in our house this year!
No kids home on Christmas morning! Mac in London, Noah away and me having back surgery tomorrow. Hopefully Christmas dinner will be spent with some of the family, all things going well. We won’t make seeing my Greenwood family on the Northern Beaches, as the car trip wouldn’t be fun! 😞
Planning a complete belated Christmas with the whole family sometime in January.
But for now, a lovely breakfast this morning with .greenwood.940 & , makes my heart full.
P.S The morton Bay Bug omelette is to die for!!
