Hi! I'm Ebony!

I'm a Myotherapist at PFC and love helping clients manage their jaw, headache and neck pain.

I've trained and worked with the incredible Cat and learnt so much in order to help my clients achieve long term results!

TIME TO STUDY!

Dear amazing clients. I have been given a very unique opportunity to study for the next 24 months. Due to the commitment to the course i will be taking a break from myotherapy for the next 24 months 😞. I will very much miss seing all my beautiful clients.

In the mean time we have some amazing myos still at the clinic (that can also treat your head/neck/jaw) so I leave knowing you are all in very safe hands ❤️

Do you ever feel like your ear is stuffy when your jaw is tight?

The condyle (bony landmark) of the jaw sits just in front of the ear and can sometimes feel like there is tension and pain in the ear itself....

Try this little trick....
Tug your earlobe down, then pull it out away from your face. Hold for a few seconds and give your jaw a little bit of a wiggle while you do it if you like.....relieve some of that tension!

I'm showing you an image as this is what often causes those pins and needles down your arm or "dead arm" in the middle of the night! ⁠

In most cases this is preventable! Having some myotherapy treatments to your scalenes, pec minor, around your collar bone and pec area can create huge benefits!⁠

We also educate you as to how to prevent this in future with health sleeping habits, posture and exercises 😃
