We’re back for 2026! Rest & Restore classes are held monthly on a Monday at 7pm in Seaford.

Be guided into a deeper connection with yourself, feel held and supported as we unwind tension in your body, heart and energetic field for inner harmony.

The intentional space & practices include the use of essential oils & aromatherapy healing, guided & sound meditation, gentle Spinal Energetics and restorative yoga (grounding and meditative postures on the mat supported by yoga equipment)
