I recently had a 5-star experience at Skin Correctives in Shellharbour and would like to specifically commend Keanah.

I began my initial treatments in December and have been absolutely loving both the treatments and the products. My skin has improved so much that I now feel confident leaving the house without makeup, which is something I never thought I’d do.

Most recently, I had a skin microneedling treatment with Keanah, and she was wonderful throughout the entire experience. She carefully talked me through every step, addressed all of my concerns before we began, and then thoughtfully summarised everything we discussed in a follow-up email during the treatment, which I found incredibly helpful.

Keanah was very empathetic and understanding of my current situation due to an injury. She made sure the treatment room was accommodating and intuitively knew when I needed additional assistance. She was never pushy about purchasing extra or unnecessary products, which I truly appreciated.

Her knowledge and professionalism were extremely impressive — she is clearly an expert in her field. I would like to sincerely thank Keanah for her care and kindness, and I look forward to continuing my skin journey with her.

Collaborating for Better Client Outcomes

Yesterday, we met with Naturopath, Kitty, founder of Tolle Totum Naturopathy, to review shared client cases and discuss how we can continue improving client outcomes together.

Here we are discussing skin and gut microbiome mapping, advanced testing that looks at the balance of bacteria both on the skin and within the gut. This helps identify inflammation, nutrient absorption issues and hidden imbalances that can directly impact skin conditions, energy, immunity and overall wellbeing.

By combining internal, evidence-based naturopathic support with targeted skin therapy, we are able to address underlying imbalances and support true skin healing from the inside out.

We’re grateful for this beautiful collaborative relationship and our ongoing learning around the skin–gut–nervous system connection and its impact on skin health 🤍
