Are you over 75 years old?

Here at Shell Cove Family Health we offer annual Bulk Billed Health Assessment to help support your health, wellbeing and independence as you age.

During your assessment, our Registered Nurse will review your medical history, medications, mental wellbeing, physical health and social supports. We can also assist you with information about services available through My Aged Care and help connect you with the support you may need.

After your nurse assessment, you’ll meet with your regular GP to discuss your health and any recommendations for your ongoing care.

Join us for a special morning tea to celebrate the launch of Women’s Business, Women’s Way, a community-led cervical screening health promotion project supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

Come along for a cuppa and a yarn, learn more about the project, and hear how local women’s lived experiences have helped shape this important initiative.
