Things come up - that’s fair enough! But we just ask you communicate if you are not attending or running late ☎️

Terms of use at GVBR:
-We require a minimum of 24 hour's notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

- If you reschedule with less than 24 hour's notice you will forfeit that session of your package and additional costs paid in clinic will be required to add another session to your package if requested.

-If you do not show up to your free consultation and no communication to us is made, a non-refundable deposit for future consultation bookings is required.
Please contact us directly via phone 0407568591 to make future bookings & deposit payments - bookings made online will be cancelled.

- If you do not show up to your treatment appointment or are more than 5 minutes late (and the session cannot go ahead due to following bookings) the session will be forfeited as a part of your package.

- All deposits are taken off the full price of your package/session.

- All deposits are non-refundable.

- Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
