Looking to take your fitness to the next level? Try this challenging Lactate Threshold training workout that combines the Ski Erg and Erg Bike for a full-body exercise routine. You'll start with 12 rounds of 150 meters on the Ski Erg at a hard pace, followed by 60 seconds of rest. After that, you'll switch to the Erg Bike for 12 rounds of 500 meters at a hard pace, with 60 seconds of rest in between each round. This workout will help you build strength, increase your endurance, and improve your overall fitness.
