The Brew crew is back for another sesh....This time funds go to 'Giz A Break'....getting young folk into nature to support mental health.

Hi Yogi's.....

Following the closure of FIX...a few have reached out to see if I am teaching anywhere. At this stage I am looking at a Monday 5.30pm class and also a Thursday 9.15am class at Shepparton Osteo in Nixon Street, directly opposite the FIX building. This is dependant on numbers...If you would like to join either class on a term basis please email craig@veyoga.com.au or message through here and I'll send you further details. I also teach Tuesday nights at 6pm, some vacancies maybe available for next term starting in a few weeks. There are many great teachers in our area and I'm sure more will come and fill the void. I encourage you to keep up your yoga practice....I believe now more than ever that it is essential for a happy and healthy life.
