Say hello to Josh! Another one of our incredible Support Workers at Community Care Connect! ✨

Josh is one of those rare people whose quiet nature speaks volumes. Kind, patient and genuinely compassionate, he has a gift for making people feel safe, heard and supported. Our clients don’t just like Josh — they rave about him! His calm presence and willingness to truly listen make him a standout member of our team.

When he’s not supporting clients, Josh loves spending time outdoors. Whether he’s out camping, going for a quiet fishing trip, or tinkering with cars! 🏕️

It’s no surprise that Josh’s schedule is nearly full — but we’re excited to share that he still has limited availability for new clients looking for meaningful, caring and fun support.

We’re so grateful to have Josh on the team — and even more grateful for the difference he makes every day 💙

🌟 Meet Jacinta – Owner, Director & Support Worker 🌟

I’m Jacinta! the proud owner and director at Community Care Connect, as well as a dedicated support worker. I’ve been working in support work since I finished school in 2019, and in 2024 I took the leap and started my own business – which has been thriving ever since! 🌻

My background is in psychology, holding a Bachelor of Psychology, where I first discovered my passion for disability support through studying disability-focused units. That experience opened my eyes to how meaningful and life-changing this work can be – and I’ve never looked back! 🧠

I have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working with participants with spinal injuries, autism spectrum disorder, mental health challenges, and brain injuries. Every client I work with inspires me daily, and I feel so grateful to be able to play a part in making a positive difference in their lives. 🧑🏽‍🦽‍➡️🫶🏼

Outside of work, you’ll find me at the gym, on a walk, spending time with my much-loved dogs and cats, and at the moment, planning my wedding! 💍

I am beyond passionate about my job and absolutely adore every single one of my clients. Supporting them to live their best lives is truly the most rewarding part of what I do. 😊

Say hello to Molly, one of our amazing support workers at Community Care Connect! ✨

Molly joined us in November 2024, and since day one she’s brought a burst of energy, laughter, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.

She works closely with multiple clients living with various disabilities, and her support goes far beyond the basics — she truly connects. Her caring nature, quick wit, and ability to brighten anyone’s day have made her a favourite among clients and staff!

💬 We’ve received amazing feedback from her clients, who constantly mention how supported, heard, and uplifted they feel with Molly by their side.

When she’s not out making a difference, you’ll find her bringing smiles and laughs to the team — she’s as funny as she is kind, and we’re so lucky to have her in the CCC family 💜

We’re looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to become part of our team. One of our long-term clients is in need of an additional carer for ongoing support shifts. This role involves personal care, so confidence and experience in this area are essential.

Availability on Mondays is a bonus, as our client is currently lacking carers for this day!

Every day, they remind me of the power of perseverance and the incredible impact of community support. Welcome to Community Care Connect Disability Services 🌻

Hi, I’m Jacinta, the founder of this growing company based in the GV region! At 23 years old, helping people has always been my passion. I’ve always wanted to dedicate my life to improving the lives of others in meaningful ways.

With a degree in Psychology and specialized training in disability services, I discovered my love for support work. After three years in the industry, I launched my own business at the start of 2024. Thanks to the trust of our clients, my business quickly expanded, and I decided to bring on additional carers to ensure the NDIS community receives the compassionate and tailored care it deserves.

When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active at the gym and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I’m a proud homebody who loves spending time with my fiancé, family, friends, and our lively pets! 🐕🐈

Community Care Connect is not just another support service provider. I take pride in truly understanding each participant, ensuring we match them with the right support workers who align with their unique needs and goals. Having worked with various companies, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t, and I’ve built CCC to deliver an exceptional experience for both participants and carers.

Hiring only properly qualified and trained employees to assist the growing business and NDIS community.
